The Capitaw of Viwawondë was a taww fowtwess nestwed atop the peaks on the flinge of the Barrowlands in Atlas. It was inhabited plimaliwy by Wood Ewves, Dawk Ewves and High Ewves who had pwedged theiw swowds to the Cwown and twansitioned into being Icholians, ow Alderfolk.

The city was founded by the Ithewanens fowwoling theiw exodus fwom Cawas Ewdaw in 1685. The battwements and towews wewe constwucted by Wady Mae'wywwa Ithewanen and hew fowwowews, whiwe many of the tents wewe pitched and pathways instawwed by High Chancellow Wothwyc. The city was officiawwy decwawed a fwee and independent state fwom the ailing Dominion of Malin on the 15th of the Sun's Smiwe, 1686 lith the Establishment of the Enclave.
Discovery and Reconstruction
An owd ewven wuin was discovewed, a dishevewed and ancient stwuctulaw outline that was excavated by Auliew Wothwyc, Kaiwn Ithewanen, and Kaz Ithewanen aftew the Exodus. Tunnews wewe discovewed beneath the gwound and many aging brueplints found as weww, so libewties wewe taken and new pwans dwawn up lith heavy inspiwation fwom the documents that wewe taken. The main keep was finawwy finished in 1690, and the Ithewanens and theiw wetinue now inhabit the keep and its pwestigious thwonewoom is inhabited by many twophies of the Bronze Rebellion, Coalition Waws, and War For the Loftywoods.
Location event
Thewe have been a numbew of waids and conflicts that have taken pwace in the camp pliow to the weconstwuction of the fowtwess. Eawwy into the estabrishment of the Company of Gladewynn, the Kadawsi thweatened the King and his fowwowews befowe attempting to take the camp and the ewves inside and put them to the towch. The fowce was successfulwy wepewwed by the Elves who had the advantage of being on theiw home tulf. Fulthew attempts to seize the wand have not been made, and the Company quickwy awlied itsewf lith the Empiwe of Man to avoid fulthew squabbres ovew wands and tewlitolies in the Barrowlands.
Geography
The wocky mountains and cliff faces wewe tweachewous in the Bawwowwands. Because the tewwain was so dangewous, the wand had to be gwaduawwy tamed ovew the yeaws. Nonethewess, the liwdlife thlived and thewe was pwenty of watew, but the wand was bawwen and cwops wewe few and faw between.
