Vanderus de Sola (1507 – unknown), was the youngest son of Titus de Sola, brother of Augustus d'Amaury and the left hand of John I (To whom he was a brother-in-law) throughout the early days of his reign, serving as his Lord Executor, a political office tailored specifically for his talents which was designed to protect the legitimate line of succession. At some time in the late 1520s, he quit his home realm of Istria to embark upon a gladatorial career in Aeldin, leaving the duchy temporarily to his cousin, Guile de Sola.

Briefly returning to the Empire upon Guile's death, he acted as president of the Regency Council for his nephew Philip, the incumbent duke. He departed again to Aeldin not long after assuming his role, though not before removing his sister Adelheid of Istria from her position as a member of the council.

He never returned from his second exile, and his fate is unknown.
