The Varhelm Offensive, was an Orenian offensive aimed with the intention to raid the outer fields within Varhelm, the Capital of Norland. As the 900 Imperial forces arrived at the capital, they unexpectedly caught 500 Norlandic aggressors off-guard. Unfortunately, only 200 of the Imperial infantry would be able to reach the inner flanks of the barbarian forces, nevertheless leading to the death of 200 Norlandic forces, and the capture of Thorfinn Kursin, a prominent figure. As the Imperial forces sailed back to Providence, Thorfinn attempted to jump out of the boat to safety, but drowned in the process.
