Reign

Robert Therosius de Joannes, regally known as Robert II, Prince of Sedan, is the current Sovereign Prince of Sedan and the seventh since its formation.

Ascension to the Throne

Robert II ascended to the throne in the year 1912 upon receiving the support and backing from King Charles I of Aaun. This happened shortly after when Frederick II abandoned Joannesport, the Capital City of the Principality and moved his personal court to the Commonwealth of Petra. Seeing his brother abandon his own Realm, Robert returned back to his home to claim the throne which he was once passed over to ascend to. Upon ascending, Robert would work diligently and make a variety or proclamations, with the most notable one being the Robertian Codex, the Dynastic Laws of the Johannian House of Sedan. This new codex would change much, with the primary topics being the amending of who is considered a de Joannes, and some law changes to succession.
