Emperor John III granted the princely title to his cousin, Anna Sophia Jrent, as his final gift to her before his passing, though, she would not establish the Principality of Pruvia until after the Fall of Johannesburg.

The titular Principality of Pruvia was restored when the title was granted to John Henry Pruvia by the then-Lord Protector of Oren Adrian de Sarkozy, for the completion of a magnificent palace in the new Imperial Free City of Helena.
