History
Nueva Tierra was once referred to as Nedvedmor by the previous Ratagastian inhabitants until the previous settlers abandoned it for other prospects. After a few years of abandonment, Hyspia was granted the land by the crown of Norland and it has become the main city of the Hyspian people since then and has been developed greatly by the new inhabitants with several new houses and more planned recreational buildings.
