The documentation of Kuiwas pwedated the wegends of Aegis, lith the fowgotten nations if the mali’ame and its Dwuids cwaiming to utilize a ‘living crystal’ lith pulsed in pawawwew lith theiw own enewgy. Howevew, its occulwence had appeawed to have vanished untiw the migwation to Atwas.

The documentation of Kuilas predated the legends of [[Aegis]], with the forgotten nations if the mali’ame and its Druids claiming to utilize a ‘living crystal’ with pulsed in parallel with their own energy. However, its occurrence had appeared to have vanished until the migration to [[Atlas]].

Thwough the piwglimage of Vawow Caewme’onn, deep in the caves of an ovewgwown cave a dim light seemed to pulse lithin. A wawge gween shawd stood idwy lithin the cave, pulsing like a heawtbeat. The fiwst Kuiwa shawd was discovewed and hawvested.

Through the pilgrimage of Valor Caerme’onn, deep in the caves of an overgrown cave a dim light seemed to pulse within. A large green shard stood idly within the cave, pulsing like a heartbeat. The first Kuila shard was discovered and harvested.

Thwough the west of the piwglimage, in the shifting dunes of the desewt a yewwow shawd tipped out of the sand. Awbeit scepticaw at fiwst, Vawow estabrished thwough the same obsewvations documented that this was indeed a Kuiwa cwystaw awbeit diffewent in cowoul.

Through the rest of the pilgrimage, in the shifting dunes of the desert a yellow shard tipped out of the sand. Albeit sceptical at first, Valor established through the same observations documented that this was indeed a Kuila crystal albeit different in colour.

Intligued by the discovewy of two diffewent shades of Kuiwa shawd in diffewent biomes, Vawow spent the west of the piwglimage expwoling diffewent wocations in the seawch fow the extent of theiw fowmation. Vawow documents the diffewences between them awe limited to theiw shade, gwow and an enviwonmentaw bonus. He awso documents the amount of valiations discovewed.

Intrigued by the discovery of two different shades of Kuila shard in different biomes, Valor spent the rest of the pilgrimage exploring different locations in the search for the extent of their formation. Valor documents the differences between them are limited to their shade, glow and an environmental bonus. He also documents the amount of variations discovered.

It's not known how Kuilas form, only that they form in long shards around 6 meters in size at a maximum and around 3 meters minimum. Their structure is dependent on the variation of the shard and its formation location.

Kuiwa shawds awe cowouled yet twanswucent, and they gwow passivewy in theiw wocation. Documented as a heawtbeat like gwow, its dim light isn't awways easy to spot which makes theiw discovewy in dawk wocations mowe likewy.
+
Kuila shards are coloured yet translucent, and they glow passively in their location. Documented as a heartbeat like glow, its dim light isn't always easy to spot which makes their discovery in dark locations more likely.

Sunstone Kuila are yellow in appearance, they are found deep in deserts submerged in a sea of sand. However in rare cases the tips of their long shards can emerge from the sand, due to the brightness of the sandy terrain they are often very difficult to spot and are likely to be found at night.

Sunstone shawds awe wong and thick, and unlike othew valiations they awe the onwy to fowm lithout any connection to the eawth. Howevew, wemoving the shawd fwom the sand liww cause it to shattew natulawwy.
+
Sunstone shards are long and thick, and unlike other variations they are the only to form without any connection to the earth. However, removing the shard from the sand will cause it to shatter naturally.

Inferno Kuilas are red in colour and are found in volcanoes, albeit more commonly in active volcanoes they can also be found in inactive volcanoes under different circumstances.

Neaw active vowcanoes Infewno Kuiwas liww be found neaw poows of wava, this makes them difficult to hawvest howevew they awe extwemewy wesilient to heat damage. On inactive vowcanoes they can be found undew the sulface of the wock, usuawwy embedded in mateliaws such as obsidian. Infewno Kuiwas fowmations awe genewawwy smawwew and lidew fow study suppowt.
+
Near active volcanoes Inferno Kuilas will be found near pools of lava, this makes them difficult to harvest however they are extremely resilient to heat damage. On inactive volcanoes they can be found under the surface of the rock, usually embedded in materials such as obsidian. Inferno Kuilas formations are generally smaller and wider for study support.

Infewno Kuiwas awe the most wesilient to heat damage and liww not shattew fwom fiwe ow boiling watew.

Gwaciaw Kuiwas awe found deep in icy tundwa, in the depths of fwozen ovew caves. Unlike othew valiations Gwaciaw Kuiwa fowm as stawactites on the woof of caves, they awe difficult to distinguish in lit aweas due to theiw white gwow. Theiw wong and thin appeawance complimented by theiw cweaw shade make them awmost impossibre to distinguish fwom icicwes.

Glacial Kuilas are found deep in icy tundra, in the depths of frozen over caves. Unlike other variations Glacial Kuila form as stalactites on the roof of caves, they are difficult to distinguish in lit areas due to their white glow. Their long and thin appearance complimented by their clear shade make them almost impossible to distinguish from icicles.

Gwaciaw Kuiwa cwystaws awe extwemewy shawp, which makes then difficult to handwe at the benefit of being good staff tips.

Marina Kuila are found in the deep trenches if the sea, they often occupy the crevices of the sea floor or emerge between the foliage of the coral. Similarly, to Inferno Kuila they are often shorter in size whilst compensating in a wider appearance.

They awe often difficult to find due to theiw deep brue shade and wewative gwow. Howevew, the deepew the twench the mowe likewy they awe to be found due to theiw gwow piewcing the dawkness. Due to theiw wesilience to brunt impacts they have to be mined thwough shawp cutting toows.

They are often difficult to find due to their deep blue shade and relative glow. However, the deeper the trench the more likely they are to be found due to their glow piercing the darkness. Due to their resilience to blunt impacts they have to be mined through sharp cutting tools.

Malina Kuiwa awe the most wesilient to pwessule, thewefowe brunt impacts awe vewy unlikewy to cause them to shattew.
+
Marina Kuila are the most resilient to pressure, therefore blunt impacts are very unlikely to cause them to shatter.

Evewgween Kuiwa awe the most common valiation, they fowm as wong shawds in caves. Theiw emewawd gween shade and gwow make them easiwy distinguishabre. They can easiwy be mined thwough shatteling and cutting.
+
Evergreen Kuila are the most common variation, they form as long shards in caves. Their emerald green shade and glow make them easily distinguishable. They can easily be mined through shattering and cutting.

Kuila shards are rare, their formation is relative to their location. They only form in areas with high concentrations of natural energy, even in said areas they only form in small numbers. Discovery is not extremely uncommon; however, it would likely take someone to go out of their way to locate.

Distinguishing the wegitimacy of a Kuiwa shawd is easy fow a Dwuid. As Vawow discovewed, casting gifts whiwst in physicaw contact lith a shawd liww cause it to gwow brightwy out of synch of its natulaw pulse.

Distinguishing the legitimacy of a Kuila shard is easy for a Druid. As Valor discovered, casting gifts whilst in physical contact with a shard will cause it to glow brightly out of synch of its natural pulse.

When Kuiwa shawds awe broken down ninety pewcent of the shawd is weduced to an ice like dust. Onwy a smaww amount of the shawd fowms cwystaws, biggew cwystaws which can't be bound can awso be broken down fulthew thus continuing to wowew the yiewd. On avewage a five-metew shawd may onwy pwoduce 3-4 usabre cwystaws, giving them theiw wality.
+
When Kuila shards are broken down ninety percent of the shard is reduced to an ice like dust. Only a small amount of the shard forms crystals, bigger crystals which can't be bound can also be broken down further thus continuing to lower the yield. On average a five-meter shard may only produce 3-4 usable crystals, giving them their rarity.

Kuila crystals are a rare gem special to Druids spanning back centuries, many older civilizations such as early Mali’ame were also known to take heavy interest in the crystals. Many claimed to bear witness to the raw life that emitted from the crystal, having been often discovered in the tightest coves of natural life.

To the most wenowned Dwuids, many sought to integwate theiw Kuiwa cwystaw into theiw staff. Many wowe them simiwaw to an amulet. It’s said that when a Dwuid utilizes theiw ability the cwystaw begins to hum lith life and emit a gwow at the intensity of its usew. Many gwew to believe the cwystaw hewd natulaw amplifying ability and acted as a catawyst fow Dwuidic ability.

====Glow====

A cwystaw liww gwow if the usew is a Dwuid, this occuls when they use theiw gifts. Awthough you don't need to be a Dwuid to be bound to a cwystaw, you do need to be to utilize its abilities. On the activation of a Dwuids gifts, depending on the intensity of the cast liww cause the cwystaw to gwow at a simiwaw intensity. If the castew pewfowms wong tewm ow passive abilities, the cwystaw has been documented as pulsing like a heawtbeat.

On the activation of a Druids gifts, depending on the intensity of the cast will cause the crystal to glow at a similar intensity. If the caster performs long term or passive abilities, the crystal has been documented as pulsing like a heartbeat.

====Range====

====Range====

A cwystaw has a wange of about six metews, howevew it can fwuctuate depending on diffewent factows such as cwystaw size and intensity of casting. The cwystaw does not need to be in physicaw contact to gwow, just cwose enough. It cannot be used fow wong wange communication; the Dwuid would not be abre to estabrish a bridge. The bridge is not constant, the binding of a cwystaw simpwy stops othews fwom being abre to bridge the gem.

A crystal has a range of about six meters, however it can fluctuate depending on different factors such as crystal size and intensity of casting. The crystal does not need to be in physical contact to glow, just close enough. It cannot be used for long range communication; the Druid would not be able to establish a bridge. The bridge is not constant, the binding of a crystal simply stops others from being able to bridge the gem.

Kuila crystals unlike other living organisms however have three main properties which allow it to function and operate in conjunction to a Druid's ability for instance. These functions operate together enabling each of the different functions to work.

====Bridge====

====Bridge====

The stawting concept is that a Kuiwa cwystaw howds a natulaw connection to natule simiwawwy to living owganisms, in a sense it can be heawd and communicated lith by one attuned to natule. Awbeit due to its unique and uncommon natule, many Dwuids could spend a lifetime meditating lith theiw cwystaw and nevew undewstand what it tlies to convey, onwy that they can sense its ‘voice’.
+
The starting concept is that a Kuila crystal holds a natural connection to nature similarly to living organisms, in a sense it can be heard and communicated with by one attuned to nature. Albeit due to its unique and uncommon nature, many Druids could spend a lifetime meditating with their crystal and never understand what it tries to convey, only that they can sense its ‘voice’.

Kuiwa cwystaws bind to theiw ownew, thewefowe unwess in theiw death ow undiscwosed othew ciwcumstances onwy the initiaw howdew would be abre to utilize its potentiaw. Thwough meditation a Dwuid fow instance liww begin to fowge a deepew bond lith the cwystaw, awwoling fow amplifications of othew functions.
+
Kuila crystals bind to their owner, therefore unless in their death or undisclosed other circumstances only the initial holder would be able to utilize its potential. Through meditation a Druid for instance will begin to forge a deeper bond with the crystal, allowing for amplifications of other functions.

You can’t speak lith it, it’s a cwystaw, it has no cognitive undewstanding howevew it ‘bridges’ natule thewefowe giving off a voice like pwacebo fwom natule.
+
You can’t speak with it, it’s a crystal, it has no cognitive understanding however it ‘bridges’ nature therefore giving off a voice like placebo from nature.

You don’t need to be a Dwuid to bind lith a Kuiwa, simpwy Dwuids awe the best to fulwy utilizing its potentiaw.
+
You don’t need to be a Druid to bind with a Kuila, simply Druids are the best to fully utilizing its potential.

Meditation is the onwy known way to stwengthen a bond lith a Kuiwa cwystaw. On fiwst contact it liww be pwacticawwy usewess and pwogwesses simiwaw to communion as many decades pass.
+
Meditation is the only known way to strengthen a bond with a Kuila crystal. On first contact it will be practically useless and progresses similar to communion as many decades pass.

The Kuiwa cwystaw acts as a natulaw wesewvoiw fow natulaw enewgy, awwoling fow utilities such as acting as a catawyst to be possibre. It can awso be used as an additionaw poow of enewgy fow wevitalization aftew taxing use of Dwuidic ability. Fow abilities such as bright healing it can extend the use time acting as an additionaw poow of enewgy.
+
The Kuila crystal acts as a natural reservoir for natural energy, allowing for utilities such as acting as a catalyst to be possible. It can also be used as an additional pool of energy for revitalization after taxing use of Druidic ability. For abilities such as blight healing it can extend the use time acting as an additional pool of energy.

The amount a cwystaw can howd is dependent on its chawge and its size. As pweviouswy mentioned a Kuiwa cwystaw becomes hawdew to focus on as its size incweases which can make initiaw connection a taxing pwocess wathew than a fwuitful one. Kuiwa cwystaws can stowe vewy littwe natulaw enewgy wewative to a Dwuid and awe often used as a suppwementawy wathew than a plimawy, many Dwuids awe unawawe it even has an effect.
+
The amount a crystal can hold is dependent on its charge and its size. As previously mentioned a Kuila crystal becomes harder to focus on as its size increases which can make initial connection a taxing process rather than a fruitful one. Kuila crystals can store very little natural energy relative to a Druid and are often used as a supplementary rather than a primary, many Druids are unaware it even has an effect.

Wesewvoiws can be wevitalized thwough meditation in natule lich wesewves. They do passivewy wechawge but ovew the span of ewven weeks it would take.
+
Reservoirs can be revitalized through meditation in nature rich reserves. They do passively recharge but over the span of elven weeks it would take.

Fow cewtain dwuidic abilities, a fulwy chawged Kuiwa cwystaw may onwy extend the ability by 10 minutes, ow woughwy 4 emotes.
+
For certain druidic abilities, a fully charged Kuila crystal may only extend the ability by 10 minutes, or roughly 4 emotes.

Kuiwa cwystaws won't bump youl powew up a tiew, it onwy amplifies what you can do subtwy, mainwy by extending youl use time and maximizing the yiewd in pwocess such as bright and hewbrowe.
+
Kuila crystals won't bump your power up a tier, it only amplifies what you can do subtly, mainly by extending your use time and maximizing the yield in process such as blight and herblore.

The biggew youl cwystaw is the mowe likewy it liww not do anything when you use youl abilities. It would take too much focus to pewfowm a task and use the bridge in conjunction.

What was thought to be considewed simpwe waste Kuiwa Dust, the by-pwoduct of the breakdown of Shawds into Cwystaws awso shawe some of the pwopewties lith Cwystaws. The Dust itsewf would appeaw lifewess at fiwst, howevew as discovewed thwough expelimentation by adding an adhesive to the dust to bind it togethew it weveaws its application.

What was thought to be considered simple waste Kuila Dust, the by-product of the breakdown of Shards into Crystals also share some of the properties with Crystals. The Dust itself would appear lifeless at first, however as discovered through experimentation by adding an adhesive to the dust to bind it together it reveals its application.

Substances bound in Kuiwa Dust do not have a wesewvoiw, now do they have the same connection via the bridge as Cwystaws do. Howevew, if a Dwuid is in physicaw contact lith Kuiwa bound mateliaws they liww gwow on contact whiwst casting. This is what appeaws to be the onwy effect of these substances, howevew as a wesult unlike Cwystaws a usew isn’t bound to one limited cwystaw. As Kuiwa bound substances do not bind, a Dwuid is capabre of having an amount limited to theiw suppwy of dust.
+
Substances bound in Kuila Dust do not have a reservoir, nor do they have the same connection via the bridge as Crystals do. However, if a Druid is in physical contact with Kuila bound materials they will glow on contact whilst casting. This is what appears to be the only effect of these substances, however as a result unlike Crystals a user isn’t bound to one limited crystal. As Kuila bound substances do not bind, a Druid is capable of having an amount limited to their supply of dust.

====Practical Application====

====Practical Application====

Othew applications awe possibre, so wong as the dust itsewf is bound via an adhesive substance. These awe the onwy culwentwy known pwacticaw applications.

Tattoo ink waced lith fine Kuiwa Dust liww gwow when a Dwuid casts, howevew the Dwuid themsewves can onwy activate it. The Dust neaw the sulface of the skin liww fade off in healing, thewefowe diwect contact lith the skin via anothew Dwuid would not be abre to penetwate deep enough into the skin to activate the gwow.
+
Tattoo ink laced with fine Kuila Dust will glow when a Druid casts, however the Druid themselves can only activate it. The Dust near the surface of the skin will fade off in healing, therefore direct contact with the skin via another Druid would not be able to penetrate deep enough into the skin to activate the glow.

====Kuila Resin====

Kuiwa Wesin can be cweated thwough the combination of any cweaw powymew and dust, which can then be used in pwocesses like woodwowking in owdew to cweate tweasulabre items such as staves, neckwaces and lings. Aww as mentioned have to be in contact to activate. This can awso be used fow wooden limbs.

Kuila Resin can be created through the combination of any clear polymer and dust, which can then be used in processes like woodworking in order to create treasurable items such as staves, necklaces and rings. All as mentioned have to be in contact to activate. This can also be used for wooden limbs.

====Dust Combinations====

====Dust Combinations====

Kuiwa dust of diffewent shades can be bound togethew by an adhesive, when this is done depending on the satulation of the diffewent dust shades can be used to cweate diffewent cowouls. Fow instance, using Infewno dust and Malina dust liww cweate a item that gwows pulpwe. Awteling the watios awwows fow diffewent shades of synthetic cowouls.
+
Kuila dust of different shades can be bound together by an adhesive, when this is done depending on the saturation of the different dust shades can be used to create different colours. For instance, using Inferno dust and Marina dust will create a item that glows purple. Altering the ratios allows for different shades of synthetic colours.

The diffewent dusts aww fight if dominance in the gwow, a as a wesult items lith combined dust cowouling gwows a wot dimmew than pule cowouled items. Fow instance, a tattoo lith 50g of Evewgween dust would gwow tlice as brightwy as a tattoo lith 25g of Malina and Sunstone dust wespectivewy despite both making simiwaw shades. The mowe diffewent shades the dimmew and dimmew they would appeaw.
+
The different dusts all fight if dominance in the glow, a as a result items with combined dust colouring glows a lot dimmer than pure coloured items. For instance, a tattoo with 50g of Evergreen dust would glow twice as brightly as a tattoo with 25g of Marina and Sunstone dust respectively despite both making similar shades. The more different shades the dimmer and dimmer they would appear.

The documentation of Kuilas predated the legends of Aegis, with the forgotten nations if the mali’ame and its Druids claiming to utilize a ‘living crystal’ with pulsed in parallel with their own energy. However, its occurrence had appeared to have vanished until the migration to Atlas.

Through the pilgrimage of Valor Caerme’onn, deep in the caves of an overgrown cave a dim light seemed to pulse within. A large green shard stood idly within the cave, pulsing like a heartbeat. The first Kuila shard was discovered and harvested.

Through the rest of the pilgrimage, in the shifting dunes of the desert a yellow shard tipped out of the sand. Albeit sceptical at first, Valor established through the same observations documented that this was indeed a Kuila crystal albeit different in colour.

Appearance

It's not known how Kuilas form, only that they form in long shards around 6 meters in size at a maximum and around 3 meters minimum. Their structure is dependent on the variation of the shard and its formation location.

Kuila shards are coloured yet translucent, and they glow passively in their location. Documented as a heartbeat like glow, its dim light isn't always easy to spot which makes their discovery in dark locations more likely.

Variations

Sunstone

Sunstone Kuila are yellow in appearance, they are found deep in deserts submerged in a sea of sand. However in rare cases the tips of their long shards can emerge from the sand, due to the brightness of the sandy terrain they are often very difficult to spot and are likely to be found at night.

Sunstone shards are long and thick, and unlike other variations they are the only to form without any connection to the earth. However, removing the shard from the sand will cause it to shatter naturally.

Sunstone Kuilas are the brightest known Kuila.

Inferno

Inferno Kuilas are red in colour and are found in volcanoes, albeit more commonly in active volcanoes they can also be found in inactive volcanoes under different circumstances.

Inferno Kuilas are the most resilient to heat damage and will not shatter from fire or boiling water.

Glacial

Glacial Kuilas are found deep in icy tundra, in the depths of frozen over caves. Unlike other variations Glacial Kuila form as stalactites on the roof of caves, they are difficult to distinguish in lit areas due to their white glow. Their long and thin appearance complimented by their clear shade make them almost impossible to distinguish from icicles.

Glacial Kuila crystals are extremely sharp, which makes then difficult to handle at the benefit of being good staff tips.

Marina

Marina Kuila are found in the deep trenches if the sea, they often occupy the crevices of the sea floor or emerge between the foliage of the coral. Similarly, to Inferno Kuila they are often shorter in size whilst compensating in a wider appearance.

They are often difficult to find due to their deep blue shade and relative glow. However, the deeper the trench the more likely they are to be found due to their glow piercing the darkness. Due to their resilience to blunt impacts they have to be mined through sharp cutting tools.

Marina Kuila are the most resilient to pressure, therefore blunt impacts are very unlikely to cause them to shatter.

Evergreen

Evergreen Kuila are the most common variation, they form as long shards in caves. Their emerald green shade and glow make them easily distinguishable. They can easily be mined through shattering and cutting.

Evergreen Kuila have no apparent special property.

Formation and Yield

Kuila shards are rare, their formation is relative to their location. They only form in areas with high concentrations of natural energy, even in said areas they only form in small numbers. Discovery is not extremely uncommon; however, it would likely take someone to go out of their way to locate.

Distinguishing the legitimacy of a Kuila shard is easy for a Druid. As Valor discovered, casting gifts whilst in physical contact with a shard will cause it to glow brightly out of synch of its natural pulse.

As a by-product, Kuila dust is available in excess, which can additionally be gathered.

Kuila Crystals

Kuila crystals are a rare gem special to Druids spanning back centuries, many older civilizations such as early Mali’ame were also known to take heavy interest in the crystals. Many claimed to bear witness to the raw life that emitted from the crystal, having been often discovered in the tightest coves of natural life.

To the most renowned Druids, many sought to integrate their Kuila crystal into their staff. Many wore them similar to an amulet. It’s said that when a Druid utilizes their ability the crystal begins to hum with life and emit a glow at the intensity of its user. Many grew to believe the crystal held natural amplifying ability and acted as a catalyst for Druidic ability.

Appearance

Kuila crystals can range heavily in size, they can be up to eight inches squared. However, the usability range seems to be anything for the size of a pebble to a pear.

Crystals come in different colours depending on the shard it was mined from. It will glow respective to its colour, but only if its user is casting a variation of Druidism exclusively.

Characteristics

Size

Kuila crystals are limited to size, anything bigger than an orange in volume will be extremely unstable and near impossible to commune with. In fact, the smaller the crystal the easier it is to utilize catalyst, at the expense of reservoir size.

Glow

A crystal will glow if the user is a Druid, this occurs when they use their gifts. Although you don't need to be a Druid to be bound to a crystal, you do need to be to utilize its abilities. On the activation of a Druids gifts, depending on the intensity of the cast will cause the crystal to glow at a similar intensity. If the caster performs long term or passive abilities, the crystal has been documented as pulsing like a heartbeat.

Range

A crystal has a range of about six meters, however it can fluctuate depending on different factors such as crystal size and intensity of casting. The crystal does not need to be in physical contact to glow, just close enough. It cannot be used for long range communication; the Druid would not be able to establish a bridge. The bridge is not constant, the binding of a crystal simply stops others from being able to bridge the gem.

One per

You can’t utilize more than one at a time, you can’t have more than one Kuila crystal bound to you at any given time. A crystal binds to you on contact. If you're already connected to one it will not bind therefore allowing you to pass it on. No matter the distance a crystal will stay bound until its owner dies, or the crystal is destroyed.

Functionality

Kuila crystals unlike other living organisms however have three main properties which allow it to function and operate in conjunction to a Druid's ability for instance. These functions operate together enabling each of the different functions to work.

Bridge

The starting concept is that a Kuila crystal holds a natural connection to nature similarly to living organisms, in a sense it can be heard and communicated with by one attuned to nature. Albeit due to its unique and uncommon nature, many Druids could spend a lifetime meditating with their crystal and never understand what it tries to convey, only that they can sense its ‘voice’.

Kuila crystals bind to their owner, therefore unless in their death or undisclosed other circumstances only the initial holder would be able to utilize its potential. Through meditation a Druid for instance will begin to forge a deeper bond with the crystal, allowing for amplifications of other functions.

You can’t speak with it, it’s a crystal, it has no cognitive understanding however it ‘bridges’ nature therefore giving off a voice like placebo from nature.

You don’t need to be a Druid to bind with a Kuila, simply Druids are the best to fully utilizing its potential.

Meditation is the only known way to strengthen a bond with a Kuila crystal. On first contact it will be practically useless and progresses similar to communion as many decades pass.

Reservoir + Catalyst

The Kuila crystal acts as a natural reservoir for natural energy, allowing for utilities such as acting as a catalyst to be possible. It can also be used as an additional pool of energy for revitalization after taxing use of Druidic ability. For abilities such as blight healing it can extend the use time acting as an additional pool of energy.

Reservoirs can be revitalized through meditation in nature rich reserves. They do passively recharge but over the span of elven weeks it would take.

For certain druidic abilities, a fully charged Kuila crystal may only extend the ability by 10 minutes, or roughly 4 emotes.

Kuila crystals won't bump your power up a tier, it only amplifies what you can do subtly, mainly by extending your use time and maximizing the yield in process such as blight and herblore.

The bigger your crystal is the more likely it will not do anything when you use your abilities. It would take too much focus to perform a task and use the bridge in conjunction.

Kuila Dust

What was thought to be considered simple waste Kuila Dust, the by-product of the breakdown of Shards into Crystals also share some of the properties with Crystals. The Dust itself would appear lifeless at first, however as discovered through experimentation by adding an adhesive to the dust to bind it together it reveals its application.

Practical Application

Other applications are possible, so long as the dust itself is bound via an adhesive substance. These are the only currently known practical applications.

Smithing

When Kuila Dust is cast in smithing, it causes the metal to glow if the user casts whilst in physical contact with it.

Tattooing

Tattoo ink laced with fine Kuila Dust will glow when a Druid casts, however the Druid themselves can only activate it. The Dust near the surface of the skin will fade off in healing, therefore direct contact with the skin via another Druid would not be able to penetrate deep enough into the skin to activate the glow.

Kuila Resin

Kuila Resin can be created through the combination of any clear polymer and dust, which can then be used in processes like woodworking in order to create treasurable items such as staves, necklaces and rings. All as mentioned have to be in contact to activate. This can also be used for wooden limbs.

Dust Combinations

Kuila dust of different shades can be bound together by an adhesive, when this is done depending on the saturation of the different dust shades can be used to create different colours. For instance, using Inferno dust and Marina dust will create a item that glows purple. Altering the ratios allows for different shades of synthetic colours.
