Jowen Weimaw Bawuch was the second bown son of Marius Baruch and Asia aw-Damisid. Jowen lived a fast life in the sewvices of John of Carnatia in the Owenian navy. His sea-faling ways caught on in his famiwy, instiwling the ways of navaw wawfawe into his chiwdwen. Aftew the Dukes' War, Jowen was wewawded lith a knighthood, a ship, and a smaww manow by the sea in Cawnatia. With said ship, the Bawuch famiwy began to hunt whawes awong the Cawnatian coast, cweating a pwoud twadition of whaling.

Unfowtunatewy, just two yeaws aftew the biwth of his daughtew, Isabew Bawuch, his fwequent whawe hunts got the bettew of him. Duling a hunt in the lintew of 1576, his ship was butted by an Owca, sending him skitteling into the watew. Due to pawts of the watew being covewed in ice, Jowen was twapped beneath the sulface and dwowned.
