The House of Montalt was established in the year of 1898 when Sir Paul Ivanovich and Maude Fredericka Novellen joined their hands in marriage on the fifteenth anniversary of the Astercalia Finalé, the day that the Royal Family was overthrown and executed during the Acre Rebellion. The house is of Petran origin, once dwelling in Castle Montalt near Valfleur, The Republic of the Petra, Almaris. In the present day, the House Montalt resides in Adria as an elector house, bearing the Crow's Blood of the disputed Apostolic King Arpad Carrion of Ruska, and claiming descent from both the lineage of Emperor Philip III of House Novellen and his bodyguard Sir Dima Ivanovich by way of Philip's granddaughter, Maude Fredericka Novellen, and Dima's son Paul Ivanovich.
