The House of Arden (Common: Arden;) is the current ruling family of the Duchy of Nevaria, The Arden's first became known by Richard during around early to middle atlas, where he marched a large regiment of loyalists to occupy the abandoned wooden fortress known as Jornburg, occupying it and naming it the central holding of the Ardenian House

History

Atlas

During early Atlas, two brothers took up the name of Arden, One calld Richard the other Bjorn. Richard, being the eldest brother took the mantle first, and started House Arden into becoming a noble house, having served King Jory Ruric during the Silversteed Rebellion by infaltrating the Silversteed ranks and breaking them from the inside. A few weeks after the duel of kings, Richard went missing for some time, leaving his brother as Lord of the House, Bjorn took a more combat role in Norland, having risen the ranks to Ashknight in all but a few weeks, having proved himself a great and mighty warrior. Directly after the Norlandic loss during the Siege of Ruriksgrad, leading to the total annexation of Norland. Bjorn fled alongside his king to Ashwood, where they would live for a few weeks until Ashwood coup, fronted by Caspian Lombardi, Bjorn would dissappear directly after refusing to serve traitors. Richard eventually returned as Lord of the House, as he began a large recruitment of Arden men, having decided he had a small sized force, he marched into Jornburg, declaring him Count, thus leaving House Arden to be known as a Noble House within the isle of Atlas. A few weeks after settling into the fort, Richard began to speak to other lords and counts of the idea of going under him as a vassal, he managed to convince the Baron of Ashwood, the agreement being that they will see eachother as equals and friends, aswell as the Baron of Driftwood.

• Richard Arden - Grew the house to nobility status, having marched into a small pallisade fort called Jornburg.
