The Siege of Ruriksgrad, was the first siege of the Atlas Coalition War fought in 8th of the Grand Harvest, 1662. This siege was one of the biggest turning points in the war as it was the capital of the Kingdom of Norland.

Prelude

The defeat at the Battle of The Forkwoods forced the remaining United Southern Alliance host into a full scale retreat all the way back to the capital city of Norland, Ruriksgrad. As the United Southern Alliance retreated the Northern Atlas Alliance advanced all the way to Ruriksgrad, besieging it.
