Georg Barclay, known regally as Georg I, was the ruler of the dominions of Sutica from the installment of him and his Wife, Johanna I, to the 'Cerulean Throne'. Upon his ascension to the throne, he served as the second male monarch to serve as a Canonist monarch to Sutica.
