High Prince Evar'tir Oranor is the current Royarch of Elvenesse. He was appointed by Fëanor Sylvaeri on 2nd of the Deep Cold, 21 SA, after serving as Lord Exarch for many years. He is a druid and Adjudicator of Malchediael's Templars. He is known for his militant style of rule and order throughout the Aegrothond-Elvendom Era.
