Currently residing in the Imperial Capital of Providence with his family.

Early Life

Evan was born at a time of peace in the Holy Oren Empire in 1767 in the city of Owynsburg only a few hours walk over to the Capital of Helena where he spent much of his days as a younger child with his Father Alexios Komnenos. He was normally seen accompanied by his younger sister Eve as they drew close only being a few years apart in age. Until around age eight Evan was always around his family until he ran away to Norland for several years not being seen by many in Oren during the next six or so years. He finally returned at age 18 being able to join the Imperial State Army (ISA). He was soon dating Lillian Garnet in which they adopted their daughter Edith. They broke up several years later after Evan had been discharged from the ISA.

Later Life

Following his expulsion from the ISA Evan was put into the legal system for nearly half a decade with no courts deciding his fate due to the crisis in Arcas. In the first year in Almaris he was let go as they dismissed all charges. He subsequently married his wife Daphne the following year having been dating her for a while in secrecy. They had their son Joseph in the year 0 of the second age and then had their daughter more recently in the year 6 of the second age. Recently Evan has been trying his hand at running for political office having nearly won a seat in the City Assembly of Providence in the last two elections.
