History

Dark Hollow is a settlement within the Luminos District in Helious, Elvenesse. It was founded on the 13th of Malin's Welcome, Year 89 of the Second Age, after a pact was forged between the leader of Helious Jared Munnel and the Speaker Malus Corrin. Land and title were conferred upon Malus for joining the city, and in return the Speaker of Dark Hollow gave a speech to those gathered within the Community Center the day the construction of the underground district concluded.
