The County of Pinemaw was a mixed-race County in Urguan Territory leading to the road to Yong Ping and Du Loc. The County of Pinemaw was the successor state of their former Barony which was founded originally by a wave of Rozanian migrants and former Rozanian Marshall Peralien, who founded the Barony for the people that were seeking refuge. But over time the original citizens were replaced by people without a connection to Rozania, and the Barony that preceded the County lost their former roots and relationship with Rozania, both due to the loss of the Rozanian refuges and pressure from other entities to remove their connections, however, it is also considered that they willingly severed connections with the purposeful nullification of the Treaty of Martlett and Jackalope.

Government

The County of Pinemaw's government was ruled by the Count(ess) with the cooperation of the Livery Council, they worked with each other to decide how the County should be led, with it requiring a simple majority within the Livery Council to pass an act. The sovereign had the right to call an election whenever they please, however traditionally it was held every four elven weeks. And the sovereign could appoint the Grand Steward, and the Marshal. The sovereign of Pinemaw could also appoint a Chancellor, who controls everything except military matters in the event that the sovereign is missing but not legally considered dead. The Chancellor had to be in the Livery Council to be appointed to said position.

It is noted that Countess Morana Daesmon, the Consort of Countess Peralien Maelstorm holded both the Marshall and Chancellor position, and effectively was the de-facto leader in the event that Peralien is missing.

Sovereigns of Pinemaw

The Countess(ess) of Pinemaw was the head in the County and has absolute authority and decree within the realm. They also lead the Martlett Guard, appointing a Marshall.
