Casper Jahan Cardinal Providentia Baelius (otherwise known as Casper Jahan), is a Cardinal to the Church of the Canon and is of the noble-clergy who was born in New Reza, the Kingdom of Haense. He is a man of mixed origins of Rhenyari on his father's side and Steorri on his mother's. His ancestry dates back to Koeng Andrik III of Haense of Haense and to Koenas Milena Carrion-Tuyvic; his most closest relation is the 1st Count of Susa; Sir Jahan Basrid.
