Casper Cardinal Providentia (otherwise known as Casper Jahan Baelius), was a Cardinal of the Church of the Canon and was born in New Reza, The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska. He is a man of mixed origins of Rhenyari on his father's side and Steorri on his mother's. His ancestry dates back to Koeng Andrik III of Haense and to Koenas Milena of Adria; his most closest relation was the 1st Count of Susa; Sir Jahan Basrid; for his family was a cadet of House Basrid.
