Francisco Altamirano was a Hyspian clergyman during the papal reign of Owyn III. Francisco was known for his defiance against the King of Hyspia, Antonio I due to the man's conversion to the Red Faith. This defiance against the Crown of Hyspia caused the conflict known as the Hyspian Civil War, leading up to the cardinal's capture and execution.
