The Ancillary of Ker'nor was the Dark Elven nation for a time in Athera, a client state of Oren ruled by an oligarchy of militants, merchants and scholars.

A small town was built by the Master of Architecture Veldryn Uuthlini, stone houses for the citizens and mansions for the great families. The only entrance to the town was protected by two strong gates of iron and a fortress with murderholes hidden everywhere, an impregnable city only accessible by those deemed worthy of the Arbiter and his council of Ordinators and Masters. If you were lucky enough to get passed the steadfast guards you'd have to walk down the steep brick steps leading to the town square where you could enjoy drinks and foods in the Stonen Hall tavern, or pray to your ancestors in the temple. The small marketplace and the Ker'norian Vault (warehouse owned by The Dalavician Company) was a humble little area beneath the town square, where you'd find merchants selling gemstones chipped away from the giant blue crystals that illuminated the caves of Ker'nor. The Arena as well was merely a stone's throw away from the busy markets! A place where elves would settle disputes or practice combat for the whole town to see.

History

The Nation was founded shortly after the Dark Elves left the Wood Elven republic of Laureh'lin by the Arbiter of the Archons (Main Mali'ker military) Dak'ir Des'nox. The Dark Elves would once again enjoy being an independant state and the construction of Ker'nor begun once they had found their new home behind the Silver City of Haelun'or. The fledgling nation experienced a few years of peace and prosperity before a retinue of High Elves led by Sohaer Kalenz Uradir himself entered the city. the Sohaer found his way to the only authority currently in the city, Mithius Dalma, and the two spoke in seclusion in the Stonen Hall tavern with guards ensuring their privacy. An hour later the two part ways and the Master of Trade relays the Sohaer's message to Dak'ir, and thus the concept of The Emerald Dominion had entered the minds of Dark Elven lords. A week passes and the oligarchs of Ker'nor have reached a decision and became part of the confederation with the High Elves, but this did not last long.
