Nueva Tierra is a settlement north of Varhelm belonging to the Kingdom of Hyspia.

History
Nueva Tierra was once referred to as Nedvedmor by the previous Radaghastian inhabitants until the previous settlers abandoned it for other prospects. After a few years of abandonment, Hyspia was granted the land by the crown of Norland and it has become the main city of the Hyspian people since then and has been developed greatly by the new inhabitants with several new houses and more planned recreational buildings.
Geograpy
Nueva Tierra sits just a few miles north of the Norlandic capital of Varhelm and sits on the nearby lake which has not yet been given a name by the Hyspian people
Appearance
What is the general style and appearance of the city?
Government
The day to day ruling of the city falls to the King of Hyspia and his advisors council and serves as the capital of the Kingdom of Hyspia which is sub servant to the Kingdom of Norland.
