Nueva Tierra is a settlement north of Varhelm formerly belonging to the Kingdom of Hyspia and currently occupied by the Skanarri tribes.

History
Nueva Tierra was once referred to as Nedvedmor by the previous Radaghastian inhabitants until the previous settlers abandoned it for other prospects. After a few years of abandonment, Hyspia was granted the land by the crown of Norland and it has become the main city of the Hyspian people since then and has been developed greatly by the new inhabitants with several new houses and more planned recreational buildings.
After the death of Antonio I of Hyspia and the conversion of Cesar II of Hyspia back to Canonism, the settlement was abandoned and eventually destroyed in a fire.
Geograpy
Nueva Tierra sits just a few miles north of the Norlandic capital of Varhelm and sits on the nearby lake which has not yet been given a name by the Hyspian people
Appearance
What is the general style and appearance of the city?
Government
The day to day ruling of the city falls to the King of Hyspia and his advisors council and served as the capital of the Kingdom of Hyspia which is sub servant to the Kingdom of Norland.
Culture
The main culture of the city is ethnically Farfolk, the sub-ethnicity being majority Hyspian. There is a very small Highlander and Elven presence, however they are hardly above 100 in number each.
