Rickard Kovachev (Common: Rickard Kovacs, High Imperial: Richard Kovacs, Raevir: Rickard Kovachev) was the former ruling Duke of Carnatia, who served as Castellan to Otto III of Haense. Following his abdication, Rickard would serve as a leading member of the Ascended, before eventually taking up a position in the court of Sea Prince Fëanor Sylvaeri. He would die in office at the ripe age of a hundred and fifty.
