Otto III of Haense

Otto Stefan, regally known as Otto III of Haense, was the eighth king of Haense from the House of Barbanov.
Life & Reign
While growing up he spent his days learning how to be King up til his fathers' death in the year 1644. Once the newly-constructed capital was built his reign was very prestigious in wealth as the new capital flourished in population and its great trade. Otto was able to establish universities to which he'd given massive sums to benefit their studies. As heartlander states began to form together under one banner being led by the Crown of Renatus-Marna he'd fear that they will soon come after his Kingdom to reform an Empire. In response, he'd attempt to form his own coalition under the Czena Confederation, as conflict broke out in the Battle of the Dam in 1653 to which at the beginning he would see it with some success. Though even with a lack of a central leadership within the coalition it was able to stop any progression.
As Assaults began to appear in Curon, he attempted to assist them to which it'd do very little to stop the enemies successes. In 1655, the Great Plague broke out in Haense which would result to he himself to gain the sickness which would also result in his death in 1655 along with his heir, Prince Otto Josef.
