Simon Casimir (1st of Owyn’s Flame, 1785 - Present) was the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Holy Orenian Empire under the reign of John VIII and Viscount of Provins as was his hereditary claim of nobility, being firstborn to the 1st Viscount Provins. He reformed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs according to his vision, and secured various political alliances from the empire during his tenure in office, the most notable of which came during the Tenth Nordling War, in which he signed the aid of the City-State of Luciensburg's Metina Company in combating the dissidents of Norland.
