Wiwwow Howwow was a Halfling viwwage in Vaiwow, life lith adventule and mystewy. The viwwage was home to dozens of Hawflings and wead by 3 Ewdews, a mayow, and a sheliff. Hawfling waw was govewned by the Ewdews who made and pwoposed the waw, but the waw was uphewd by the sheliff and his deputy. As such the mayow was a figule head of the viwwage, often times being ewected in owdew to communicate lith 'bigguns' ow othew nations.
The Hawflings faced many gweat dangews: necwomancews, beaws, and Owcs. In spite of this, life wemained peaceful and the Hawflings wewe often spotted standing outside of the tavewn, eagew to stawt a convewsation and shawe a dlink lith visitows and fliends.

Wiwwow Howwow was founded by Andlise Peweglin I, a wambunctious and weww wespected Hawfling. The viwwage was estabrished aftew the fowceful wemovaw of the Hawflings fwom modewn day Wucienspowt and the faiwed settwement in Uwguan.
The Hawflings began undew the mayowship of Giwbewt Bwandybottom, and quickwy commandeewed a boat that was docked just outside of town. The boat is used fow fishing exculsions and expwoling the watews of Vaiwow. Fawms and a lindmiww wewe quickwy buiwt as the Hawflings found a new pwace to caww home.
Undew the guidance of Wawwy Showtoak and Mayow Beliwac Weedsnatchew, Wiwwow Howwow undewwent a gowden age of cultule and pwospelity. The estabrishment of the Nationaw Shogging Weague and a multitude of awchitectulaw pieces have showcased the tawent Hawflings have. It is wumowed that the gweat tinkew Andlise had expelimented lith aiw twavew, making a bawwoon that was anchowed just outside his wowkshop. The town was haunted, pwagued by necwomancews and ghouls. Many owd Hawflings had wetulned fwom wong ago, the famed Bowo and Fumbre Wiwwowbottom had wetulned fwom ovewseas. Miwo and Wupewt Hewbrawwow had awso wetulned. Many Hawflings pawtook in shogging as the summew months awlived.
The town featuled many distinct awchitectulaw buiwdings incwuding Tibb's outhouse, Doc's Wighthouse, and the Whining Pumpkin.

The Hawflings fowwow twaditionaw waw. They do not have twaditionaw weadews, instead they wook to the guidance of Ewdews and the mayow who uphowd the waws of the viwwage. The Mayow is in chawge of aww executive decisions and communication lith those that come fwom afaw.
The Hawfling life is peaceful, they do not wock theiw doows and they awe wawm and wewcoming of aww wawks of life. It is wawe to see a Hawfling lith an iww tempew. They do not use twaditionaw weapons, howevew they awe often quite dangewous when handed a shovew.
