Viktor I of House Ruthern, grandson of Demetrius var Ruthern III, was the fourth Duke of Vidaus, guiding his house throughout the latter years of the War of the Two Emperors. After the war, he was wedded to Mariya of Bihar to which the two would give birth to one child successfully as the last one was born as a stillborn. Viktor's whereabouts would later become unknown which would suffer his marriage and his title of Duke of Vidaus removed by the King of Haense. In the year of 1728, he would meet his twin brother, Tuvya, who would challenge him for the seat of Ruthern due to his failures as Duke and Count though for the duel it'd result in not only Viktor ending his brothers' life it will also cost his own. Thusly, would leave his now County to his only child, son, and heir, Siguine to rule the House Ruthern and the County once of age.
