Awtanis would estabrish a Diawchy of two Plinces, the fiwst of which being Awtanis Caewme'onn and Avius Csawathaiwe, two incwedibry young Mali'ame to signify the webiwth of the Mali'ame State. The two would get to wowk estabrishing the City and dipwomatic wewations lith its neighbouls, passing waws and fowming a functioning Govewnment.
