Rhys Vladrick var Ruthern is the eldest child and only son of Vladrick Var Ruthern and Margret Rykov and the current Prefect for Markev in the Imperial Parliament. Following his fathers' disappearance at sea, Rhys became the eleventh Count of Metterden. As a reward for amassing a large levy, we would later be given the Duchy of Vidaus in 1672.
