Reginald d'Amaury, (Born 1569), is the first and current Praeceptor of the Republic of Vrakai. Having disappeared from his kin for countless years on pilgrimage; he has resurfaced in recent years. Although ripe in age, he was not deterred from his vision. Working in tandem with the Black Reiter Company and the settlers of the Baltas River, he was able to transform a group of ragtag mercenaries and colonists into an economic and martial powerhouse in the heart of Atlas. He is credited with founding the nation's capital of Belvitz.
