Philippa I of Velen (7th of Deep Cold, 1896), first born to Margravine Guinevere I of Velen and her first husband Harald Ragnarsson, as Philippa Ilena von Reuss, making her the heir-apparent to the Margraviate of Velen. While she may have spent much of her time in childhood prior to her inheritance away from her homelands, she is beloved by the people of Velen as the jewel of their governing family. Upon her mother's abdication in 1914, Philippa returned to Velen to finalize the former Margravine's plans to erect a holding and township just east of their current Margravial seat at the most western border of the Aschenwald.
