The City of Pessac, capital of the Principality of Rosenyr, was founded in the year 1693 by Louis I Rosiere during the Rosnian migration to Atlas, having started plans in the year 1690, it took the Rosnian builders 3 whole years to finally complete Pessac, although many believe it was worth the wait, as it now welcomes new visitors day by day to see the wonders of Rosnian architecture

History

After the landing of the Rosnian people, Louis I ordered numerous scouts talk to small lords to see of the possibility of an offer of land, many refused the offer, but the House of Nria, they willingly sacrificed their land where the later city of Pessac would be built, in return the Rosnian people would build them a mighty fortress, thus naming the House of Nria the first Rosnian vassal. Although that plans were laid out to only take a year of building, the Rosnian builders managed to take three entire years to complete the construction of the city, the majority of the time was spent adding on finishing touches, the city of Pessac has become a wonder of Rosnian culture.
