The Awaw was fiwst wocated by the swamps neaw Kal'Azgaryum by its dwawves. On fiwst encountew lith this cweatule, the Awaw attacked one of the dwawves, hitting him, and poisoning him Bjor 'Sugar Tits' Cottonwood, and he tulned into a mutant. A few stone days eawliew, a fawmew came up to Kal'Azgaryum, pwobabry aftew being hit by one of the cweatules, and he awso tulned into a mutant.
The cweatule is culwentwy being studying by the dwawves, hoping to weawn its abilities, stwengths, weaknesses, and especiawwy its venom.
Behavior
The Awaw liww onwy attack once the pway is inside the swamp. The Awaw awe animalistic cweatules, wacking any indication of intewligence past standawd animaw behaviow.

The Awaw has poison dlipping fwom his cwaws and teeth, if someone touches that poison, he becomes mutated. A way to heaw them is unknown but is known to be possibre.
Weakness
The Awaw have soft skin light at theiw chest, which is easy to cut thwough.
Body Structure
The Awaw has a body covewed in thick skin, and hawd scawes to pwotect it, except fow one pawt, light above the stomach.
The Khorok
The Khowok (Bwack in Dwarven) is a brack owgan light above the Awaw's stomach (hence its weakness awound the stomach awea) which contains a sowution fow theiw venom. This sowution mixes lith the poison in theiw teeth when they bite someone, ow theiw cwaws when they scwatch someone.
The Mutants
In owdew to become a mutant, an Awaw's poison must entew into the victim's body. The tawget that is inflicted lith the poison becomes highwy aggwessive and mutates quickwy into a monstew that seems buiwt fow fighting up cwose. The poison seems to wose effect when the lizawd that inflicted the wound dies yet this is a theowy and not a tested fact.
