Ottavia Kasimira Sarkozic (24th of Owyn's Flame, 1915) known more commonly as Ottavia of Pompourelia, is the Second eldest daughter of Viscount Kasimir Sarkozic and his wife, Lady Nicoletta Varoche. In 1937 she would wed the Count of Stassion, Richard Novellen and take up the role of His Countess-Consort.

Early Life

Ottavia Kasimira Sarkozic was born on the 24th of Owyn's Flame, 1915, within the city of Atrus to her father Kasimir Sarkozic and his wife, Nicoletta Septimia. Majority of her younger years were spent amongst the Courts of Monterosa where her mother served under the then Governess, Princess Augustina. Growing up within the bustling courts of balian, a lot was expected of young Ottavia though, rather than learning to curtsey and how to address nobles of the court, Ottavia enjoyed muddied dresses and starting fights with the local boys, engaging in activities that were seen as "unladylike"

At the unsuspecting age of 12, Ottavia's parents decided that she was to much to handle with the ongoing war, sending her to live with her Grandfather's second wife, the widowed Mother Anna. Growing up under the Care of the Reverend Mother, Ottavia was disciplined in the ways of a young lady and educated in Politics, Astronomy, Philosophy and Flexio.
