Otis Maximillian de Rosius, born in Helena, the Holy Orenian Empire to Maria Darkwood and Philip de Rosius-Rourke was raised alongside his many brother and sisters. Otis had a career in local-politics and the architecture of de Rosius Avenue. Otis has also received honorary titles such as the Knight Order of Merit; making him Sir Otis Maximilian de Rosius and besides that he was being granted by His Imperial Majesty Philip II the Barony of Rosius, making him the first Lord de Rosius.
