The Monarch of Hyspia is the absolute Monarch of the Hyspian polity and it's people. The Monarchs of Hyspia has historically used different titles, with the two most common being 'King' and 'Viceroy'. The first iteration of Hyspia was the Kingdom of Hyspia, which used the title of King. The second and current iteration of Hyspia is the Viceroyalty of Hyspia, which uses the title of Viceroy.
