The silver city of Lin’Sulan was the third capital of Haelun’or in Vailor, and the home of the High Elves. It could be reached via a ship moored at the Cloud Temple Docks, and was a proud accomplishment of the High Elven people.
The city was split into two districts, the upper being for the High Elves themselves, and the lower for people of other races deemed worthy to live within Haelun’or’s walls. Because of this, anybody could visit and interact with the high elves, unlike their cities of past lands.
