The Sultanate of Kharasi is located within the southern island of Almaris. The Sultanate's name is taken from the Kharasi Desert, from which the Sultanate hosts its capital known as the Fakhr Oasis. Originally known as the Fakhr Emirate, it would eventually be reformed into the Sultanate of Kharasi after a proclamation issued by Emir Qamar Ibn Zayd Al-Nabeel. In this proclamation, the new Sultanate laid claim to the deserts of the southern island and established Kharasi hegemony over the entire region. | |

| Culture and Religion | The Sultanate is known for its strong farfolk culture, that of the Qalasheen. They wear turbans to protect themselves from all kinds of weather as well as thobes and mishlahs, to Hijabs and some times burkas. Hospitality and caring for guests is a core aspect of Qalasheen culture, where guests are fed, often with rice, lamb, date fruit, water and clothed with traditional clothing of the Qalasheen, even hosting them in their homes for long periods of time, even if there is no food for themselves it is often given to their guests, ill treatment of such guests often bring shame to familys in which they can redeem by giving massive charity. The Qalasheen people are known for their bravery and skills in the art of archer and swords play, but also are renoune for their merchants, inventors, scholars, poets and story telling. Though food is a great aspect of the Qalasheen Alchohol is viewed as a poison not only by their faith but through culture, as it caused men to kill their brothers, and pork also culturally and religously are despised as diseased ridden often causing plagues and sickness, so eating such or drinking such around them is often viewed as a insult.
