He went on to build multiple housing units and city utilities and built the Steward's Guild Headquarters, all per request of King Cesar. Concurrently, he began hiring younger and more capable citizens into the Guild in order to easily achieve his goals of building up the City. His time as Head Steward also faced problems, mainly his conflict with another Hyspian by the name of Pedro Gonzalez. The Feud was on the brink of bloodshed until the King himself intervened in order to save the City of bloodshed and controversy.
