Achilius Cascadia, born on the 13th of Owyn’s Flame, 1714, is the second-born son of Romulus Cascadia and Anabel Devereux. He is the younger brother of Godfrey II and the twin-brother of Laurentina Julia Cascadia.

He primarily spent time with his twin-sister Laurentina Julia, as well as other kids that lived in Helena. He would later be tutored by a high elven woman named Nemir Iyliar. On the 11th of Owyn's Flame, 1720, he along with his sister, were baptised by Frederick Guillen, the Bishop of Pembroke.
Dissolution of Horen
Following the dissolution of House Horen as decreed by His Imperial Majesty, Godfrey II, in 1721 Achilius was no longer regarded as a Horen, taking on the family name of Cascadia in its place.
