[[Tahariae]] has many descendants who serve him. Amongst those, [[clerics]] and war clerics. However, four individuals stand up above the rest and are chosen to be Tahariae's champions and exist to carry out his will. These four are known as the Itharel. Hope, Wisdom, Justice, and Valor. These are the names given to the four original Itharel and represent what they embody. The Itharel were once descendants, but after proving their worth to Tahariae, are changed into an immortal being. Tahariae holds onto the Itharel's souls somewhere in his realm, making sure that the Itharel carry out his command. Should an Itharel deviate from it somehow, they'll be promptly removed, usually resulting in the person's death. The one exception to this was Hosper Blackthorn who was turned back into a mortal after having served long and hard.

The Itharel's body was different from that of the average descendant's and therefore they could channel more of Tahariae's power through themselves, enhancing their healing and war clerical abilities and exemplifying the raw power the Aengul of Purity had once gifted the Clerics before they fell out of his favor. The Itharel's body is fundamentally different from a normal person's body. Therefore, they are able to channel more of Tahariae's power through themselves, making their healing and war cleric abilities above normal mortal clerics. Their body does not age either and is set to look however they were before they ascended.

Itharel first came about during Anthos, when the Harbingers were wrecking havoc across the realm. Tahariae saw his servants and the other mortals battling the darkness, but the tide was not in their favor. Clerics were growing few in number and the ones remaining prayed to Tahariae for aid. Thus, Tahariae granted four of the most devote greater power, resulting in the Itharel. The Itharel are responsible for carrying out Tahariae's will much more strictly than a normal cleric. They are also tasked with disconnecting rogue clerics, such as those who abuse the boon of Tahariae.

Tahariae is the patron of the Clerical Order, and once upon a time many descendants served under him. Among those proxies were Clerics and war clerics. However, four individuals would always be chosen as Tahariae's principal champions and upon a time, existed purely to carry out his will on the mortal plane. These four were dubbed the Itharel. Hope, Wisdom, Justice, and Valor were the names bestowed upon the four originals and should any deviate from the path they were promptly disconnected.

This disconnection was more fatal than that of the common cleric's and could often result in their untimely demise with few exceptions. The Itharel's body was different from that of the average descendant's and therefore they could channel more of Tahariae's power through themselves, enhancing their healing and war clerical abilities and exemplifying the raw power the Aengul of Purity had once gifted the Clerics before they fell out of his favor. They did not age, but took on the appearance they once held in life.

The first Itharel were birthed in Anthos when the Harbingers wrought havoc across the realm, Tahariae saw his servants and other mortals battle the darkness, but the tide was clearly not in their favor. The Order grew fewer and fewer in number and the ones who remained wistfully prayed to their god, seeking aid. Thus, Tahariae granted the four most devoted members with greater power, resulting in the rise of the Itharel. They once held the duty of disconnecting rogue Clerics and others who abused the boons that Tahariae bestowed upon them.
