The Holy Orenian Empire is the largest nation of Humans or of any race upon the continent of Vailor. It is the fifth incarnation of the Holy Orenian Empire, and is ruled by His Imperial Majesty John I Frederick of the House of Horen. His claim is derived from the first Holy Orenian Empire, ruled by his ancestors Godfrey Horen, Horen V and William Horen. The Empire follows the Church of the Canon, the faith led by the current High Pontiff Everard II. Felsen is the capital of the Holy Orenian Empire, being the site of the Imperial Palace where Emperor John's court is held. The Holy Orenian Empire consists of the Crownlands, the Principality of Savoy, the Principality of Laureh'lin, the Duchy of Courland, the Duchy of Istria, the Duchy of Carnatia, and the Duchy of Lorraine.
