Henry Arthur Haverlock, also known as Henry of Talentine or alternatively as Manius the Younger by the Caelians, is a noble of the House of Haverlock and the thirdborn son of Ser Leopold Alexander, Count of Talentine. He currently serves as the Regent of Talentine, having been appointed to the position by John I, King of Aaun following the execution of his eldest brother, Robert Matyas. Henry would go on to reestablish the Talentinian Levy and took in refugees and outcasts to bolster the population and workforce of Talentine.
