Henry Arthur Haverlock, also known as Henry of Blackworth, is a noble of the House of Haverlock and the thirdborn son of Ser Leopold Alexander, Count of Talentine. He previously served as Regent of Talentine for his Nephew, having been appointed to the position by John I, King of Aaun following the execution of his eldest brother, Robert Matyas. Later on, Henry would abdicate the regency and lead some of his followers north to the Duchy of Ravenmire to establish a new holding for himself - the Duchy of Blackworth.
