Elizabeth of Metterden (Born 1548 - Died 1567) was Duchess-Consort of Haense as the wife of Peter I. Not much is known on her life, besides that she died giving birth to their final child, Tatiana, in 1567. As she predeceased her husband, she was not able to obtain the title 'Queen-Consort' upon her husband's later ascension. Out of respect for her memory, however, many regard her as Haense's first queen-consort.
