Due to expert diplomacy, Eirik managed to save the Norlandic people, by vassalizing under the Holy Orenian Empire, during the remainder of his reign he spent time repairing his brothers damage, by improving the economy aswell as the Norlandic military, by forming the infamous Ashguard to serve as a unit of Shock troops for the Emperor of Oren.
