History
Dark Hollow is a settlement within the Luminos District in Helios, Elvenesse. It was founded on the 13th of Malin's Welcome, Year 89 of the Second Age, after a pact was forged between the leader of Helios Jared Munnel and the Speaker of Dark Hollow Malus Corrin. Land and title were conferred upon Malus for joining the city, and in return the Speaker of Dark Hollow gave a speech to those gathered within the Community Center the day the construction of the underground district concluded.
"I appreciate this opportunity and I laud the people of Helios for this good standing. As without this mutual partnership, I cannot say that many of my people being refugees of Nevaeh'len and other narrow-minded cults to the East would have a safe place to live and thrive. Our two peoples stand together, hands entwined; our hearts enshrined with the hallowed bonds of fraternity of friendship from now until the dusk of all time."
