Cesar de Pelear II (Full name: Cesar Franciscito Javier Duncan Leopold de Pelear), regally known as Cesar II is the eldest living child of Francisco I, Viceroy of Hyspia and is the current Viceroy of Hyspia. Originally Cesar II was second in line, yet moved to first after the untimely death of his elder sister Princess Esperanza. Upon his ascension in Aevos, he became the last Hyspian Monarch to be born on Almaris as the descendants prepare to flee the continent. His legacy and accomplishments consist of gaining independence from the Kingdom of Haense; establishing a stable farfolk nation; and for becoming the first Hyspian monarch since his grandfather, Cesar I, to rule an independent Hyspia.
