Cesar de Pelear II (Full name: Cesar Franciscito Javier Duncan Leopold de Pelear), regally known as Cesar II is the eldest living child of Francisco I, Viceroy of Hyspia and is first in line to succeed him. Originally Cesar II was second in line, yet moved to first after the untimely death of his elder sister Princess Esperanza. Upon his ascension, he will likely become the last Hyspian Monarch to be born on Almaris as the descendants prepare to flee the continent.
