Anne Louise was an Imperial Princess of the Johannian bloodline until the dissolution of House Horen in 1721, as well as the Countess-Regnant of Aldenburg -- a hereditary title she inherited from her late mother. The countess was additionally styled as a Royal Princess by marriage to Prince Otto Tuvyic, the youngest son of Robert I of Haense and his Queen, Elizabeth Rosette.
